Rang De Basanti music is creating waves! In Channel [V] Top 20 this week, top 5 songs were from RDB!!!
5. Lalkaar
4. Khalbali
3. Rang De Basanti
2. Paathshaala
1. Roobaroo

MTV's 1-2-3 also had a similar pattern!!! That is the magic of A.R.Rahman! Mr. Taran Adarsh, where are you?

Adding on about RDB, here is a kadi:
If Dharmendra wants Hemamalini to call him up, what will he tell her?

Mr.Taran Adarsh is Hiding in Hell and is planning to stay there atleast till Rang De Basanti ends its superhit run in cinemas.

Giving 2.5 stars to RDB and terming A R Rahman's music in RDB as "Ordinary" is his biggest mis-judgement of the year.

I was hoping he would accept his mistake in his Yahoo-India weekly boxoffice report after both the movie & songs were superhit,But thanks to his massive ego he never mentioned about RDB in his Box-office report. There was just Aksar & Holiday...

i am really not surprised with taran.i think he writes reviews with monetary benifits in mind.

last yr taran gave us a sneak preview of Yuva's music release.he had claimed yuva to be among arr's best compositions.

but when he did a review of the movie he termed arr's music as ordinary.how much more contradictory can one get?

    @ Vani:
    Yaaaaaaaay :)

    @ Paruna:

    :((

  1. Ramya Shankar

I just saw the flick and now everytime I listen to the songs, the scenes flash before my eyes. ARR songs just grow over you as you keep listening! He's magical !

    @ Ramya:
Yes...All credits to Rakeysh Mehra for the beautiful picturisation of the songs.. We have seen lots of "gems" of Rahman ruined by stupid picturisation... RM has made full use of Rahman's brilliant music :)

  1. True Blue Rahmaniac

No GF review forthcoming I guess?
